He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Earl Sinns and Joyce Smith Sinns Harris. He is survived by: his wife Jayna Sinns of Thomaston; his children, Laura Wainwright (Dustin) of Thomaston, April Fuller of Thomaston and Phillip Sinns of Thomaston; his brother Mark Sinns (Kerry) of Hogansville; and his grandchildren, Riley Wainwright, Dylan Wainwright, Peyton Huckaby, Loren Richard Fitzgerald Jr. and Nevaeh Rose Fitzgerald.
