He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Chapman and Lula Pearl Chapman; his wife Marjorie Avery Chapman; and his grandson Steve "Bud" Roland. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Adams (Ronald) of Thomaston Ga and Cathy Trentman (Deno) of Thomaston Ga; and his sisters, Marilyn Barker (Jack) of Forsyth Ga and Martha Ruth Walker of Sylvester Ga. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
