She is survived by: her son Charles Luke Owsley, Jr. of Thomaston; her sister Sally Ivey; her brother-in-law David Owsley (Shirley) of Thomaston; her niece Vicki McKissick; and her friends, Dot Brannon of Meansville and Elaine Nordan of Thomaston.
