He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Stanley Ragan and Hazel Ruth Burkette Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Salter Ragan of Thomaston; his daughter Tabitha Burks of Thomaston; his stepdaughters, Tiffany Jackson (Joe) of Milner and Skyla Morris of Thomaston; his son Benjamin Ragan (Kimberly) of Thomaston; his stepson Thaddeus Morris (Savannah) of Thomaston; and his sister Debbie Hendrickson of Dothan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
