She was predeceased by: her husband Winfred R. Phagan. She is survived by: her children, Amaryallis Heath (Larry) of Woodland Ga, Ronald Phagan of Thomaston Ga and Raymond Phagan (Pam) of Hoover Al. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
