He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Lauren Ann Delli-Gatti. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Paul Toms (Julie) and Marilyn Delli-Gatti (Kevin); his siblings, John Henry Toms, Emily Shoemake and Jennie Toms; his grandchildren, William Paul Toms (Elizabeth), Carson Olivia Toms, Noelle Delli-Gatti and Holly Delli-Gatti; and his great grandchild Wyatt William Toms.
In lieu of flowers, those who desire may donate to First Baptist Church Barnesville Ga, or to the county Humane Society of their choice.
