She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Paul and Eva Melrose Salter Greathouse; and her husband Douglas Britt. She is survived by: her sons, Steven A. Brown, Jr. (Madelyn) of Thomaston and Ken Brown (Kim) of Thomaston; her sister Melrose G. Legg of Thomaston; her grandchildren, Jessica Nixon (Jonathan), Stephanie Mann (Michael) and Jordan Mayienga (Edric); and her sibling's children, Teresa Higgs and Chris Legg (Debbie).
