He is survived by: his wife Teresa Booker of Thomaston; his children, Kristi Booker Feltman of Thomaston, Chris Black of Thomaston and John Booker of Thomaston; his brother Billy Booker of Thomaston; and his grandchildren, Reese, Lydia, Brantley and Kylie.
