He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brown and Berta Moore Brown. He is survived by: his son Charles Brown; his wife Stacey O'Neal Brown of Thomaston; his daughters, Mckenzie Topang (Chris) of Lakeland, Audrey Peavey of Lakeland, Piper Brown of Thomaston and Marisa Tyson of Thomaston; his brother Roy Brown of Newnan; and his grandson Mateo Topang.
