He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hardy Blackstock and Elizabeth "Betty" Howell Blackstock. He is survived by: his close friends, Maggie, Gunner and Ada; his wife Brenda B. Blackstock; his daughter Rhonda B. Davis; his sister Barbara B.; his siblings-in-law, Mark Staples, Diane B. Hammond and Debbie B. Fallin; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Cindy C. Bridges; and his cousins, Marsha G. and Bill Lipham.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has requested that masks be worn during the visitation and that everyone practices social distancing.
