It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosene Mathis Bentley (Thomaston, Georgia), born in Reynolds, Georgia, who passed away on January 16, 2018, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Rosene Mathis; her children, Climante Gibson, Willie Bentley, David Bentley, Frank Gibson and Mae Anna Bentley; her grandson Timothy Bentley; her children, Rosa Mae Gibson of Thomaston, Vanessa Bentley of Thomaston, Stephanie Bentley of Thomaston, Tony Thomas of Sylvester, Lloyd Bentley, Jr. (Louise), Curtis Bentley (Flora) and Horace Bentley, Sr. of Tifton; and her brother-in-law Curtis Bentley of Chicago. She is also survived by grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
