It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saralu Jones Lewis (Thomaston, Georgia), who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Janie Lois Helms and Claude Lindsey Jones; and her husband Ray Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Lewis (Peter Brill) of Santa Fe, NM and Jamie Lewis (Marin VanHoy-Lewis) of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren, and many (and much loved) nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Thomaston, GA, 208 South Church Street, Thomaston, GA 30286, or Thomaston Hospice, 512 S Center St, Thomaston, GA 30286.
