She was predeceased by: her father John Hammack; and her grandparents, Ross, Sybil Hale, Luther and Louise Hammack.
She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Hammack of Thomaston; her sisters, Lynn Johnson (Donald) of Thomaston and Johnnie Hay (Mark) of Meansville; her siblings' children, Kimberly Burnette, Darrell Johnson, Drew Hay and Hunter Hay; her great-niece Maddi Hoodenpyle; and her great-nephews, Luke Johnson and Jaksyn Hay.
