We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2022, at the age of 83, Shirley Leigh Owsley of Thomaston, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnson Blevins Leigh and Maggie Kent Leigh; her son-in-law Dennis McKissick; and her siblings, Betty Myrick, Arthur Leigh, William Leigh, Bobby Leigh and Alfred Leigh.
She is survived by: her husband David Owsley; her daughter Vicki McKissick; her grandchildren, Courtney McKissick and Stephen McKissick (Tori) of Thomaston, GA; her siblings, Faye Rainwater of Jonesboro, GA, Bruce Leigh (Connie) of Moultrie, GA and Larry Leigh (Becky) of Helen, GA; and her great grandchildren, William Morgan, Jackson Montford and Violet McKissick.
