She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Verner Owenby and Velma Frances Owenby; her siblings, Katherine Dean, Nathan, Gene, Randolph and Rudolph Owenby; and her grandson Brandon Clay.
She is survived by: her husband Grover Bright; her daughters, Gail Garner (Donald) and Charlotte Clay (Rickey); her stepson Randy Bright (Cheryl) of Abingdon Maryland; her siblings, Ray Owenby (Delia), Grady Owenby (Dawn) and Rachel Crews (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Dustin, Nathan Clay, Jonathan, Carey and Merry Garner.
