He is survived by: his daughter Amy Price, II (Jefffery) of Fortson, GA; his brother Roger Threadgill of Ragland, AL; his grandchildren, Brayden, Annestyn, Alivia and Jeffery "Tripp" Price, III; and his sibling's children, Rachel Threadgill and Joshua Threadgill (Jessica).
