He is survived by: his wife Mary Montgomery Lockhart of Thomaston, GA.; his sons, Tommy Lockhart, Jr. of Atlanta, GA and Anthony Lockhart (Jessie) of Thomaston, GA.; his siblings, Linda Chaney (Willie), Ray Lockhart (Mary Jene) of Thomaston, GA. and Donnie Lockhart of Thomaston, GA.; his mother-in-law Annie Montgomery; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Montgomery and Richard Montgomery of Norfolk, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
