She is survived by: her mother Peggy Middlebrooks Cleveland of Thomaston Ga; her son Adam Toomey of Thomaston Ga; her sisters, Regina Lee (Jimbo) of Stockbridge Ga and Kristi Griffin (Keith) of Thomaston Ga; and her grandchildren, Ryleigh Toomey, Owen Bunn, Marlee Bunn and Carson Toomey (Glenn Tyson).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Fellowship Baptist Church at 1165 Hannah's Mill Rd. Thomaston Ga. 30286.
