He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Shelley Kelly; his children, Bill Kelly (Anne) of Thomaston, Ken Kelly (Billene) of Thomaston, Earl Glover (Pam) of Colorado, Billy Glover (Janet) of Forsyth, Mike Glover (Valerie) of Thomaston, Renee Teal (Donnie) of Thomaston and Lynn Teal (Joseph) of Thomaston; and his brothers, Ross Kelly of Edison and J. C. Kelly (Angie) of Chester, SC. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
