She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Edison Allen and Ora Catherine Callan Allen; and her brother Pat Allen. She is survived by: her husband James T. Cantrell; her children, James Cantrell (Gail), Cathy Rehberg (Gary), Keith Cantrell (Darlene) and Karen Jones (Chris); her grandchildren, Michael Hill, Jennifer Cantrell, Blake Cantrell (Lauren), Brent Cantrell, Kacy Trueman (Ransom), Cameron Jones and Nicolas Cantrell; her great grandchildren, Zachary Hill, Michael Hill Jr., Logan Mitschele, Jackson Cantrell, River Cantrell and Sara Callan Trueman; and her nephew Tracy Allen (Angie). She is also survived by four step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Dawson Street Baptist Church in Billie Ann's honor, reflecting her lifelong commitment to her faith and community.
