She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Withrow and Maudie McGauley Withrow; her husband Earnest Whitehead (Jack); and her daughter Gay W. Byrd. She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Whitehead (Debbie), Bobby Whitehead and Barry Whitehead; and her grandchildren, Master Sergeant Justin Byrd, James Byrd, Jaclyn Byrd, Taylor Whitehead, Clint Whitehead and Kelsey W. Verity.
