She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Narofsky of Eldorado and Michelle; her son-in-law Les Cook of Lufkin, Texas; her grandson Lonnie (Mary Cook); her great grandchildren, Austin Cook and Haleigh Cook; and her children, James Lewis (Carolyn Fordham) of Eldorado, Linda (Bill Turnmire) of Eldorado, Donna Pearl (Steve Matthews) of Eldorado, Michael Lee (Tammy Fordham) of Eldorado, Mary Lynn of Eldorado, Wayne Rooks of Eldorado and Charles Robert (Carol Fordham). She is also survived by ten other grandchildren; sixteen other great-grandchildren; and two other great-great grandchildren.
