He is survived by: his son Adam Simmons (Hanna); his stepdaughter Abbi Walker; his siblings, Bobby, Darvin, Roger, Gerald Spires and Lavonda Golf; his grandchildren, Adlyn Simmons and Walker Simmons; and his siblings' children, Ryan Spires and Lisa McCart. He is also survived by other nephews and nieces.
