She was predeceased by : her parents, John Champion Hutchinson and Elizabeth Coleman Hutchinson; her husband Dr. Edward "Lee" Saye, Jr.; and her sisters, Nancy Fraser and Katherine Hutchinson.

She is survived by : her children, Patsy Saye Howard (Chip) of Tifton and John; her daughter-in-law Amanda Saye of Tifton; her grandchildren, Katherine Howard LeRoy, Phoebe Saye and Griffin Saye; her great grandchild Lydia LeRoy; and her cousins, Gail H. Chapman of Fleming Island and Zema H. Laird of Columbus.
