He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Sullivan and Alline Sullivan. He is survived by: his spouse Bettye Sullivan; his brother Charles Sullivan (Jim) of Washington State; and his nephews, Michael Sullivan and James Sullivan.

Visitation will be Friday 4:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM; Saturday 12:00 PM ~ 1:00 PM In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Piney Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
