She was predeceased by : her parents, William Leslie and Kathryn Eloise Sumner Parker; her son William Joseph "Joe" Clark; and her sister Barbara Gail Simmons. She is survived by : her husband James Patrick Clark; her daughters, Pamela Foster (Richard) and Kari Mattox (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Ryan Brown (Brittany), Lee Pruitt (Brittany), Tara Clark (Romeo) and Ashley Shafer (Austin); her great grandchildren, Hayden Pruitt, Zayden Pruitt, Branden Pruitt, Katie Brown, Houston Shafer and Luna Clark; and her brother-in-law Robert Simmons (Brenda).
