She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur Lee Cook; her parents, Buner Harris Ragan and Carrie Holcomb Ragan; and her siblings, Virginia Smoak, Waymon Ragan and Charles Ragan.
She is survived by: her sons, Daryl Cook (Catherine), Keith Cook and Gregory Cook (Marian); her grandson John Cook; and her stepgranddaughters, Allison Bridges (Chase) and Lindsay (Adam) of Georgia. She is also survived by five step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
