She is survived by: her mother Annette M. Vallecillo; her sisters, Dr. Nanette V. Evans (Bill Evans) and Dr. Lynette V. Apen (Kurt Apen); her aunts, Yvette Ravry, Cuca Lacombe and Lizette Segarra; her uncle Luisito Vallecillo; her siblings' children, Will Evans, Riley Apen, Aliana Evans and Kelsey Apen; her cousins, Marie Claude Lacombe, Dr. Mario Ravry, Yvette Paris, Marianne McDevitt and Gabriel Segarra; and her pets, Paco and Tuttu Vallecillo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Paulette's honor.
