He was predeceased by : his parents, Travis Horace Smith, Jr. and Katie Lee Collins Smith; and his sister Frances Smith Franklin. He is survived by : his wife Doris Walden Smith; his son Michael Travis; his daughter-in-law Shelly Smith of Turnerville; his grandchildren, Michael Travis Smith, Jr. and Morgan Paige Smith; his sister Teresa Smith Todd of Newnan; and his aunt Christine Howard of Toccoa.
