With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Walter Cowart of Twin City, Georgia, who passed away on July 2, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thomas Cowart and Henrietta "Etta" Lewis Cowart Hall; his brothers, Lewis Edward Cowart and Bennie "Billy" Wendell Cowart; and his grandson-in-law Brian Donald Thrasher.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lenore Cowart of Twin City; his daughters, Amanda Williams (Wade) of Milledgeville and Melissa Cown (Lesley) of Macon, GA; his grandchildren, Kiely Danielle Thrasher of Warner Robins, Zachary Thomas Williams of Summertown and Jakob Harrison Williams of Milledgeville; and his sisters, Maryann Testone of Callahan, FL and Lynda Cowart Mitchell of Lyons, GA.
