He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Utley and Cleo Bloodworth Utley; and his sons, Donald L. Utley and David M. Utley. He is survived by: his daughters, Rita Jane (Martin Weaver) and England; his siblings, Charles Utley (Linda) of Tybee Island and Gwendolyn Carter of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Lora Cam (Loi), Naomi Byrne (Matt), Chelsea Utley and Cameron Utley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
