He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah I. Wellborn and William F. Wellborn Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Martin (late Luis) and Laura Herregiun (late Aureliano); and his nieces and nephews, Jose Martinez, Alicia Vargas (Auturo), Cassandra Witherow (Richard), Luisa Martinez, Aureliano, Enrique Martinez (Hannah), Amparo De Leon (Gerardo) and Catalina Zuniga.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the A. E. Carter Funeral Home Chapel (1670 Atlanta Hwy, Madison, GA 30650). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
