It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Loyd (Uvalda, Georgia), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Duncan Eric Loyd; his parents, Ollie Frank Loyd and Agnes Ward Loyd; and his siblings, Gennie Graham, Tebo Loyd and Everett Loyd.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Loyd Phillips (Gerry) of Vidalia and Linda Loyd Williamson of Uvalda; his siblings, Roy Loyd of Uvalda, Frank Loyd (Glenda) of South Carolina, J. B. Loyd of North Carolina, Shirley Loyd Brinson (Rudolph) of Vidalia and June Loyd Kersey of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Jeremy Loyd, Christy Loyd Cash, Shawn Loyd, Lacie Wilkes and Zachary Hitchcock; and his friend Ron Streeter. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, several nieces, nephews.
