He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Alderman Belcher and Arthur Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Joan Henderson Belcher; his children, Vanessa Plair (Andy) of Valdosta, Valerie Judah of Dothan and Richard Dawson of Tampa, Florida.; his grandchildren, Sarah Parrish (Ryan), Andrew Plair and Jared Judah; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Swann and Malei Parrish; and his siblings, Cindy Lavender (Charles), Carol Griffin (Don), Mike Belcher of Valdosta and Pam Knight of Pinetta, Florida.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
