She is survived by: her sons, Ichabod Fouraker III, Lee Fouraker (Carol), Vance Fouraker (Jennifer) and Forrest Fouraker Sr. (Tracy); her grandchildren, Ichabod IV, Jesse McRoberts (Richie), Forrest Fouraker Jr. (Jessica), Cody Fouraker (Megan), Colin Fouraker (Chelsea), Clark Fouraker (Lillian) and Colby Fouraker; and her caregivers, Charlene Shiver McCracken and Debi Tinsley. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
