Dolly Price Herndon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolly Price Herndon of Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louvesta Henry and Elder Willie Eugene Price; her siblings, Mary Frances Price, Linda Price Oliveto, George Billy Price and Kenneth E. Price Sr.; and her great grandchild Jackson Lee Grant.
She is survived by: her husband Albert H. Herndon of Valdosta; her daughters, Cathie (Mike Grant), Darlene (Mark Ridley) and Wanda (Jerry Zaneski); her brother W. Dewey Price of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Erin Zaneski, Matt Zaneski, Lee Grant (Keira), Dr. Devin Grant (Lindsay), Kalen Grant (Mary), Rebekah Norrell (Marcus) and Rachael Boyd; and her sisters-in-law, Glenn (Pat Herndon) and Linda Ramirez of Albuquerque, NM.. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, a brother in law.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens (3945 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
