James Richard Wilhoite Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2022, at the age of 81, James Richard Wilhoite of Valdosta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Wilhoite and Margaret Wilhoite. He is survived by: his significant other Penny Norwood Wilhoite; his daughters, Margaret Victoria Wilhoite of Cleveland and Anne Wilhoite Shenton (Bill) of Valdosta; his granddaughters, Marguerite Penn and Millie Ann Shenton of Valdosta; his stepdaughter Meredith Bowman (Rob) of Dallas, Georgia; his brother David Wilhoite of Dalton, Georgia; and his brothers-in-law, David Norwood (Sharyn) of Atlanta and Joey Norwood (Kathy) of Pinetta, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and relatives.
