She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lemans and Margaret Lemans; her husband Horace W. Stephenson, Sr.; her son Maxwell "Max" Joseph Stephenson; and her sister Joan Gladys (Chester).
She is survived by: her children, Horace "Chip" Stephenson, Jr. (Kim) of Valdosta and Mary Ann Godwin (Jeff) of Lake Park; her grandchildren, Noah Rowan, Jeffery Godwin (Jessica) and Lukus "Skipper" Rowan (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Kaley Boatright, Abigail Rowan, Noah Rowan, Jr., Haley Godwin, Hannah Rowland, Jolie Bullard, Ella Godwin, Jake Rowan, Heidi Rowan and Carlee Rowan. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (1100 N Oak St, Valdosta, GA 31603).
