She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Carter and Idelle Carter (Lee); and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Carter Abbott of Lakeland and Frank Carter (Christy) of Augusta; and her siblings' children, Kelly and Tripp Carter.
