He is survived by : his wife Betty Jean Bennett Proctor of Villa Rica; his daughters, Melanie Proctor of Daytona Beach, FL and Tammy Proctor of Dallas, GA; and his siblings, Michael Proctor of Adairsville, GA, Bob Proctor of Douglasville, GA and Elizabeth Ann Keagan of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
