She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Willard and Carolyn Stephenson. She is survived by: her children, Wesley Cordle (Kristin) of Tallapoosa, David McCoy of Olive Hill, KY and Tiffany Worrell of Ashland, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
