He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Hill (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, Joshua Hill of Villa Rica, Joseph Hill of Villa Rica and Emma Hill of Alabama; his father Phynie Ray Hill, Sr. of Acworth; and his stepfather Scott Jackson of Villa Rica.
