We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2025, at the age of 69, Juanita Parrish Gay of Waco, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Parrish and Betha Parrish; and her siblings, Blake, Gilford, Junior Parrish and Barbara Daniel.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Gay; her daughters, Jennifer Lyle-Tidwell (Susan), Joann Gay (Adam) and Jodie Gay (Alisha); her grandchildren, Tori Bowen, Courtney Bowen, Jayda Lyle-Tidwell, Hayley Lyle-Tidwell, Kayley Hamilton, Jacob Taylor, Daniel Lyle, Gabriel Rivas, Nicolas Rivas, Chase Tidwell and Cody Tidwell; her great grandchildren, Anna Burgess, Maci Ruis, Brayleigh Brazel, Emmalynn Brazel, Olyvia Lyle-Tidwell, William Lyle, Asher Lyle, Ana Tidwell and Zach Tidwell; and her sisters, Jean Loveless, Margaret Parmer (Basil) and Gail Harrington (Donald). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rainwater Funeral Home (317 N Carroll St, Bowdon, GA 30108). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (11501 Co Rd 66, Heflin, AL 36264).
