He is survived by : his wife Betty Cody Perez; his mother-in-law Annie Mason of Wadley, GA; his stepchildren, Natasha Parker (Alfred) of Louisville, GA, Harold Moore (Miranda) of Wadley, GA, Gabriel Moore (Tiffany) of Augusta, GA, Kimberly Cherry (Samuel), Jermain (Tori) of Washington and Swainsboro; his siblings-in-law, Catherine Braswell (Varick), Linda, Edna Cody, Jacqueline, Willie James Gibbons and Kelvin Cody (Regina); and his grandchildren, Jordan Parker, Jaylen Parker, Jaedon Parker, Christian Moore, Caleb Moore, Kennedi Moore, Micah Moore, Matthew Moore, Emmanuel Cherry, Jeona of Washington, Jermain, Jr. of Washington, Jada of Washington, Justin of Washington and Michael Selvera. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, God-children, other relatives.
