He is survived by : his wife Lori Hendrix Dukes of Wadley; his daughters, Emily Jackson (Tim) of Davisboro and Gracie Dukes of Wadley; his mother Bessie Ruth Rachels Dukes of Wadley; his sister Betty Ann Lurie (David) of Wadley; and his grandchildren, Jack Jackson, Luke Jackson, Beau Jackson and Ayda Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is encouraged.
