He was predeceased by : his grandparents, David and Joan Horne; and his aunt Carol Horne. He is survived by : his father Earl Horne; his daughter Kalay Skufca; his former life partner Brittany Skufca; his siblings, James Hatfield, Heather Butram, Crystal DeCola and Amee Whorley; his grandparents, James and Patricia Skufca; his niece Charleigh Hatfield; and his close friends, Ron and Lynsie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Education Fund for Kalay Skufca at the Credit Union of Georgia, 140 Riverstone Pkwy., Canton, GA 30114.
