She was predeceased by : her husband Joe O. Cain; her son Tim Crane; her parents, Hugh P. Hardy and Ruby Spriggs Hardy; and her siblings, Brema Jane Hardy and Marshall James Hardy.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah M. Ebbing of Ponte Vedra, FL and Deanie Alexander of Warm Springs, GA; her brother Carlton Hardy (Ivette) of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Robin Hardy, Sandra Cain Grant, Jeanette Cain Black and Ray Cain. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
