He was predeceased by: his parents, Mauro Orona and Maria Chavez Orona; and his brother Ismael Orona. He is survived by: his wife Helen S. Orona; his children, Patricia M. Kelly (Richard E.), Abel Orona, Jr. (April) and Andrew D. Orona; his grandchildren, Sean Kelly, Amber Orona, Alysa Orona and Alex Orona; and his siblings, Mauro Orona, Ruben Orona, Sofia Morales, Consuelo Orona, Elisa Orona and Gloria Medina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Abel to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 300 S. Davis Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
