She was predeceased by : her parents, Eula Elizabeth Hinton Blakely and Henry Thomas Blakely, Sr.; her husband Bill J. Todd; her children, Cathie Todd and J. Gary Todd; and her siblings, Gwen Blakely Sullivan, Mary Gatliff, Nelle Albritton, Henry Blakely, Jr. and Robert Eugene Blakely.

She is survived by : her daughters, Gail Brock (Herbert) and Bonny Todd; and her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Padgette and Jack Todd. She is also survived by Three Grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
