She is survived by: her husband Fredrick Mitchell of Kathleen, Georgia; her daughters, Britney Mitchell of Bonaire and Erin Mitchell of Warner Robins, Georgia; her godmother Nevicey Green of Thomaston; her godchildren, Monterrick Hollis of Hampton and Ariana Donald of Byron Georgia; her parents-in-law, Randolph Lowe (Joan) and Elaine Phillips (Tommy); her siblings, Arthur Neal (Patricia) of Atlanta, Roney Neal (Minnie) of Atlanta, Benjamin Alexander (Willie) of Morrow, Reginald Walker (Carmen) of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Pamela Warren (Reginald) of Hampton and Rosemary Stewart of Decatur, Georgia; her nephews, Anthony Neal and Christopher Leonard (Keina); and her niece Shimisha Rawlings (Bennie). She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
